Job summary

Strive Pharmacy in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage daily inventory operations, restocking, receiving, and labeling across facilities. The role supports accurate counts and procedures in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

You will audit cycle counts, report discrepancies, and collaborate with pharmacists and leadership to maintain efficiency. On-site work with a night-ish schedule is possible as Strive grows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in inventory control, warehouse operations, stockroom management, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a box truck for inter-site travel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Proven dependability and ability to follow workflow standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily Inventory Operations: restocking, receiving, labeling, and organizing pharmaceutical supplies across facilities.
• Auditing & Cycle Counts: assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock reconciliations.
• Discrepancy Reporting: identify and report discrepancies and support corrective actions.
• SOPs: maintain compliance with internal policies and quality standards.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: assist pharmacists, leadership, and operations with inventory requests.
• Facility Maintenance: keep environments clean, safe, and compliant.
