Job summary

Meissner seeks an Inside Sales Specialist to contact existing, inactive and prospective customers in the pharmaceutical, biotech, microelectronics and chemical industries. You will perform outbound calls, manage existing business and generate new sales, recommending products and applications to grow our market.

This on-site role reports to the Manager Inside Sales and is based at our Camarillo, CA headquarters or the Athens, GA facility.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent experience in science/technical field.
• 5–10+ years of technical sales experience.
• Strong telephone/email/video conferencing skills and customer interface.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing, inactive and prospective customers in specified industries.
• Perform outbound calls to generate new sales and manage existing business.
• Recommend products and applications and close sales with new customers.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to build opportunity pipeline.
