Job summary

Hims & Hers seeks an Industrial Engineering Lead to head onsite Operations and IE teams at our Arizona facility, supporting Dispense, Fulfillment, and compounding areas. Lead day-to-day engineering operations and provide expert guidance while ensuring reliability, data integrity, and regulatory compliance across facilities.

The ideal candidate will manage a small team, work with cross-functional groups, and drive improvement projects, with strong knowledge of regulatory standards and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years in regulated environments (pharma/biotech/medical device).
• Knowledge of sterile filling, tableting, liquid filling, powder blending, packaging, facility operation/design.
• Regulatory compliance knowledge (21 CFR, EU Annex 1, USP 797).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD or facility design tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Industrial Engineering team onsite.
• Be the primary cross-functional site lead and coordinate emergency response.
• Develop and maintain engineering policies and procedures aligned to regulatory requirements.
• Own critical engineering systems including EMS/BMS, HVAC control, budget management.
