Talkspace is seeking a Business Development & Growth Associate, Pharma to join its Wisdo Health team. The role focuses on growing the pharma business through prospecting, outreach campaigns, and CRO/marketing support.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on business development or growth experience in healthcare, life sciences, or healthcare marketing.
Experience targeting pharmaceutical brands, patient support teams, or healthcare/pharma agencies is preferred.
Hands-on experience using a CRM, prospecting tools, LinkedIn, and email platforms.
Strong research and writing skills, with demonstrated use of AI tools to work faster while ensuring accuracy.

Responsibilities

Prospecting & Outreach: research pharma companies and build targeted prospect lists.
Sales & Pipeline Support: maintain CRM data and coordinate follow-ups.
AI, Data & Commercial Tools: use AI to accelerate research and outreach across platforms.
Growth Marketing & Events: support campaigns and pre/post-event outreach.
