Job summary

Razorfish Health is seeking a Group Copy Supervisor to lead copy development across brand engagements in the pharmaceutical marketing sector. You will ensure clinical accuracy, editorial elegance, and consistent brand voice while directing other copywriters.

The role requires 7–10+ years of writing in advertising or agencies, plus 1–3+ years pharma healthcare experience, and strong leadership to guide multi‑project campaigns across HCP, DTC, and OTC audiences.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years writing in advertising or interactive agency
• 1-3+ years pharma/healthcare experience required
• Project lead and team leadership experience required
• Experience on large cross-channel/direct marketing initiatives including rich media, web, direct, and print; online/social preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead copy development across one or more brands ensuring clinical accuracy and brand voice
• Direct other copywriters and manage long- and short-form content for HCP, DTC, and OTC campaigns
• Collaborate with Creative, Account, and Client teams to meet marketing objectives
• Present to client MLR teams and translate critiques into actionable paths
• Maintain consistency with brand tone and style guidelines
• Work independently under tight deadlines across multiple projects
