Job summary

Inteldot in Puerto Rico seeks a Scheduler / Planning Engineer to develop, maintain, and analyze detailed project schedules for capital projects in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. Candidates should have a technical degree, 1+ year scheduling experience, CPM and Primavera P6 familiarity, and strong analytical/communication skills; bilingual

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year scheduling experience in a regulated industry.
• Experience in scheduling/planning within capital projects, preferably pharma/regulated.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6).
• Understanding of CPM and project planning principles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using scheduling tools.
• Apply scheduling techniques: logic development, CPM, resource leveling, look-ahead planning.
• Produce regular schedule updates, progress reports, and performance analyses.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and identify delays, conflicts, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve scheduling issues.
• Support integration and alignment of schedules across multiple projects.
