Job summary

Technical & Engineering Consulting seeks a seasoned C&Q Scheduler to manage the integrated Commissioning & Qualification schedule for a major pharmaceutical capital project in Puerto Rico. You will coordinate with the Project Integrator, C&Q leads, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment of document readiness, field execution, and handover.

The ideal candidate brings strong project-controls experience within GMP or regulated environments, with hands-on use of Primavera P6 and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining integrated project schedules for C&Q or regulated projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong scheduling and project-controls practices: baseline management, progress measurement, forecasting, and schedule-impact analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update the integrated C&Q schedule.
• Align schedules with document readiness and field execution.
• Coordinate with Project Integrator and leads across Engineering, QA, Construction, and Quality.
• Produce schedule metrics, visuals, and status information for project forums.
• Identify risks, constraints, and potential delays and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
