Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler / Planning Engineer to develop and maintain schedules for capital projects within regulated pharmaceutical environments.

You will coordinate with Project Managers, Engineering teams, and vendors to ensure alignment of priorities, milestones, and delivery timelines. The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, proficiency with scheduling tools, and fluency in English and Spanish to communicate across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in project scheduling, planning, or controls.
• Experience with capital projects, engineering, or manufacturing initiatives.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, MS Project, Planisware or similar planning tools.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules for capital projects and engineering initiatives.
• Support schedule planning activities including logic, milestones, sequencing, and look-ahead planning.
• Coordinate schedule updates, progress tracking, and reporting across projects.
• Identify schedule risks, conflicts, delays, and resource constraints.
• Assist with tracking priorities, dependencies, and execution timelines.
