Job summary

Inteldot in Puerto Rico is seeking a Scheduler / Planning Engineer to develop, maintain, and analyze detailed project schedules for capital projects within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. The role ensures accurate planning, progress tracking, and schedule performance reporting to support compliant, safe, and on-time execution aligned with GMP and company standards.

The position requires a technical degree in Engineering or Construction Management, at least 1 year of scheduling

Qualifications

The degree must be in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
At least one year scheduling experience in a regulated/pharma environment.
Experience with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or equivalent.
Solid understanding of CPM and project planning principles.
Strong analytical and communication skills; bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for capital projects.
Apply scheduling techniques including logic development and critical path analysis.
Produce regular schedule updates, progress reports, and analyses.
Perform schedule risk analysis and identify delays and dependencies.
Coordinate with project teams to resolve scheduling issues and optimize sequencing.
Support integration and alignment of schedules across multiple projects.
