Blink Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Fulfillment Operations to lead the logistics and workflow execution of our mail-order dispensing pharmacy. You will plan facility layout, inventory movement, and inbound/outbound logistics, ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

In this role you will manage a team of non-clinical staff and partner with licensed pharmacy leadership to provide compliant operational support in a fast-growing healthcare tech environment. Location: Pittsburgh area.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics teams.
• Proven ability to optimize operations with technology.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Location in Pittsburgh area or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily SLAs and cut-off times with pharma ops team.
• Manage inventory flow from receiving to outbound packaging.
• Create station prep checklists, staging quotas, replenishment schedules.
• Monitor throughput and adjust staffing based on data.
• Collaborate with PIC to align non-clinical ops with pharmacy workflows.
• Lead non-clinical staff including Fulfillment Support Associates.
