Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data science, applied mathematics, pharmaceutical sciences, business analytics, computer science, information systems, or another quantitative discipline.
• 14+ years of experience in strategic forecasting.
• Deep expertise in pharmaceutical forecasting.
• Strong therapeutic area knowledge.
• Advanced stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to drive innovation through analytics, AI, and forecasting best practices.
• Experience in client delivery excellence, practice growth, thought leadership, and people development.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting engagements for global pharmaceutical clients across brands and therapeutic areas.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Drive long-range forecasting, scenario planning, portfolio forecasting, and lifecycle management activities.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market dynamics, epidemiology, and business assumptions.
• Present insights and strategic implications to executive leadership and client decision-makers.
