Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or another quantitative discipline, with relevant professional experience.
• BTech/Masters/PhD.
• 14+ years of experience in Strategic Forecasting.
• Deep expertise in pharmaceutical forecasting.
• Strong therapeutic area knowledge.
• Advanced stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to drive innovation through analytics, AI, and forecasting best practices.
• Experience in client delivery excellence, practice growth, thought leadership, and people development.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting engagements across brands, franchises, and therapeutic areas.
• Serve as strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders across functions.
• Drive long-range forecasting, scenario planning, portfolio forecasting, and lifecycle management.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market dynamics and epidemiology.
• Ensure delivery of accurate, actionable forecasts aligned with client objectives.
• Present insights to executive leadership and client decision-makers.
• Oversee governance, risk management, and client satisfaction across programs.
• Define forecasting approaches, methodologies, and best practices.
• Develop patient-based, revenue-based, and analog-based models.
• Champion automation using Python, SQL, Power BI, and emerging tech.
• Establish forecasting standards, quality frameworks, and model validation.
