Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Commercial Analytics and Forecasting with 14+ years in strategic forecasting to lead global engagements for pharmaceutical clients. You will guide cross-functional teams, drive long-range forecasting, and deliver strategic insights to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with relevant experience.
• 14+ years of experience in Strategic Forecasting.
• Deep expertise in pharmaceutical forecasting.
• Strong therapeutic area knowledge.
• Advanced stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in client delivery excellence, practice growth, thought leadership, and people development.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale global forecasting engagements across brands and therapeutic areas.
• Serve as strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders including Commercial, Finance, Market Access, and Portfolio Strategy teams.
• Drive long-range forecasting, scenario planning, portfolio forecasting, and lifecycle management activities.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market dynamics and business assumptions.
• Ensure delivery of accurate, actionable forecasts aligned with client objectives.
• Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership and client decision-makers.
• Define forecasting approaches, methodologies, and best practices across engagements.
• Oversee development of patient-based, revenue-based, and analog-based forecasting models.
• Drive adoption of AI and ML to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead development of forecasting assumptions, scenario analyses, and risk assessments.
• Champion automation using Python, SQL, Power BI, and emerging technologies.
