Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a qualified individual to join our Indianapolis team on pharma site projects. The role supports multi-discipline coordination, from early concept through detail design and implementation, reporting to the Jacobs management team.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in pharma engineering, strong PM processes, and a solid grasp of HSE practices. A hybrid work model is offered with competitive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction or equivalent.
• 4+ years engineering experience in pharma site or pharma design background preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of project management processes.
• Proficient execution planning skills.
• Strong knowledge of HSE procedures and practices.
• Strong in organizing and managing complex project activities.
• Working knowledge of project control systems.
• Knowledge of proposals and bid processes.
• Understands contractual requirements for the project.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Client’s Alliance Trade Contractor Team and support Jacobs Project/Program Manager.
• Report to Jacobs Indianapolis management with project updates.
• Ensure timely delivery across multi-discipline project scopes.
• Maintain awareness of health and safety culture and project schedules.
• Coordinate execution to align with budgets and quality expectations.
