Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Facilities Maintenance technician to perform basic upkeep, repairs, and inspections across plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems, with a focus on cleanliness and safety on the day shift.

The role involves using hand and power tools, assisting senior technicians, and supporting 5S and Lean Sigma programs. A high school diploma or GED is required; 1–2 years in maintenance is preferred; overtime may be required and use of a full-face

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• General Repairs: Fixing doors, walls, furniture, and other structural elements.
• Plumbing: Addressing minor leaks, clogs, and fixture issues.
• Electrical: Replacing lightbulbs, troubleshooting minor wiring, and checking systems.
• HVAC: Changing filters, assisting with system checks, and ensuring climate control.
• Grounds: Trash removal, snow removal and salting, and minor lawn/landscaping upkeep.
