Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced electrician to oversee campus electrical power and lighting systems at our Andover facility. The role involves installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and urgent response to outages, with on‑call duties and after‑hours work as needed.

The candidate must have a high school diploma, 3–5+ years in a bio-medical facility, and MA electrician license or journeyman status. NFPA‑70E/OSHA‑10 training and familiarity with BMS/CMMS are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and 3–5+ years of bio medical facility experience preferred.
• Familiar with NFPA-70e and OSHA-10 safety training.
• MA licensed electrician; journeyman status preferred.
• Knowledge of BMS and CMMS systems.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and work order software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operation of campus electrical power and lighting systems.
• Install, operate, maintain, alter, troubleshoot and repair electrical distribution systems.
• Be available for on‑call, after hours, evening, night and weekend work as required.
• Serve as SME on electrical, life safety and fire alarm systems.
• Perform PMs, new installations and preventive maintenance.
