Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Walpole, MA is seeking a skilled Electrician to install, maintain and monitor electrical systems across commercial facilities. You will work with operations teams to ensure reliability, safety, and compliance while performing preventative maintenance and repairs.

The ideal candidate has a valid electrician's license, 2+ years in industrial electrical maintenance, and hands-on experience with CMMS, BMS and life-safety systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years' experience with commercial or industrial electrical maintenance.
• Valid Electrician's License required.
• Knowledge of CMMS, BMS, and Fire Life Safety systems.
• Proficiency with typical computer applications.
• Capable of reading electrical blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical services and monitor facility electrical systems.
• Assist Operations with planning for electrical maintenance goals and objectives.
• Manage electrical work orders and purchase orders; handle invoicing for projects.
• Support emergency electrical repairs and system shutdowns as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with contractors and vendors.
• Interface with operations, contractors and vendors on electrical systems.
