Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks an Electrician to inspect, repair, and maintain electrical equipment at a pharmaceutical client site. You will support critical systems, troubleshoot distribution, panels, motors, and lighting, and help ensure safe, reliable operation while following CBRE standards.

You will use MS Office, review maintenance records, and coordinate preventive schedules. The role requires a Master Electrician license and 3–4 years of related experience, with on-site duties and a valid

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school completion.
• Master Electrician license per local codes.
• Completion of an apprenticeship preferred.
• 3–4 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical distribution, panels, breakers, and transformers.
• Support UPS, backup generators, and BAS interfaces.
• Check and replace motors, valves, switches, and wiring components.
• Maintain safe operations and review maintenance records.
• Provide reliable service and communicate with customers.
• Adhere to standardized procedures to meet deadlines.
• Explain complex information clearly to others.
