Qualifications

• Oversees vendor performance, contract management, and sourcing strategies for materials and equipment.
• Designs inventory controls and material-flow processes from receipt to disposition.
• Maintains compliance and readiness of facilities, equipment, and operational infrastructure.
• Drives performance metrics and ensures timely training and competency assessments.
