Job summary

Wuxi Apptec, Inc. seeks an experienced Facilities Engineering leader to oversee site facility and utility system maintenance for a new 460K sqft drug substance manufacturing campus.

You will drive a metric-based culture aligned with integrity, dedication, teamwork, and doing the right thing. You will lead cost, schedule, and resource estimates, manage capital and department budgets, and ensure compliance with GLP/GMP and all safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical maintenance and/or engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s and PE preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong hands-on leadership with ability to manage budgets, schedules and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead site facility and utility system operation, maintenance and assets lifecycle management.
• Provide leadership and allocate resources to support construction of the new facility and future engineering projects.
• Develop and implement maintenance and calibration programs to meet regulatory requirements.
• Manage departmental and capital costs to meet company goals.
• Coordinate with Site Leaders and design teams to supervise design deliverables and asset management.
