Job summary

ELIQUENT Life Sciences, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to support multiple capital projects in a bio/pharma environment. The role involves leading project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations to ensure successful delivery.

You will coordinate clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams, manage procurement and documentation, and drive risk management, change control, and compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a Bio/Pharma environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, Project Management, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of OPEX and CAPEX projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations.
• Lead project documentation, change control, and risk/issue logs.
• Maintain schedules, action item logs, risk registers, and change control trackers.
• Coordinate meetings, set agendas, document decisions, and drive action items.
• Oversee procurement activities, vendor engagement, POs, and invoices.
• Prepare and present reports and executive dashboards to stakeholders.
