Job summary

WuXi AppTec Group in Middletown, NY seeks an experienced leader to oversee site facility and utility system maintenance and engineering activities supporting drug substance operations. You will develop and lead a team toward cost-effective, compliant operations while aligning with company values of integrity and teamwork.

The role requires a strong engineering background, staff development, and the ability to manage capital costs and project delivery across a large new facility.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant pharmaceutical maintenance/engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s and PE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsible for site facility and utility system operation, maintenance and asset lifecycle management.
• Provides leadership and engineering guidance and allocates resources for construction and future projects.
• Develops maintenance and calibration programs to meet regulatory requirements and maximize production.
• Manages departmental and capital costs relative to engineering and facilities.
