Job summary

Legalpmpartners is seeking an Engineering & Design Lead to oversee pharmaceutical manufacturing projects within a GMP-regulated environment. The role involves leading engineering design and construction efforts, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical engineering, CAPEX projects, and project accounting.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or GMP-regulated facilities.
• Strong background in engineering design and construction for pharmaceutical plants.
• Experience with CAPEX, cost control, and project accounting is a strong plus.
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support engineering and design activities for pharmaceutical manufacturing projects.
• Coordinate engineering, construction, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams.
• Support projects from engineering design through construction, installation, and completion.
• Review engineering documents, drawings, specifications, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and engineering firms.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, costs, risks, and deliverables.
• Support cost control, budget tracking, and project financial activities.
• Ensure activities comply with GMP, safety, quality, and company requirements.
• Provide technical and project updates to internal stakeholders.
