Job summary

Aequor is seeking a experienced Construction Manager to oversee on-site activities for pharmaceutical engineering projects on contract until Nov 2027, with possible extension. You will supervise safety, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and integrate GMP practices to ensure quality and compliance.

The role requires strong communication, change control expertise, and hands-on use of SAP for maintenance planning and budgeting.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in pharmaceutical engineering projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Extensive knowledge of Change Controls and GMP manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Daily on-site Construction Management for multiple projects; monitor PPE and safety compliance, issue safety permits.
• Schedule construction activities and communicate outages to affected parties.
• Redline drawings for as-builts; coordinate with CADD to update drawings and assemble TOP package docs.
• Ensure work proceeds on schedule and meets drawings/specifications.
• Draft change controls with Quality and gain stakeholder alignment.
• Gather pricing and assist scoping for upcoming projects.
• Coordinate with vendors for budgetary pricing of new equipment.
• Set up spare parts and maintenance plans in SAP.
