Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in health/sciences/pharmacy or business-related field required or preferred.
• Strong business analysis and planning skills to drive sales performance.
• Proven District Manager leadership and track record of achieving performance expectations.
• Ability to articulate scientific aspects of treatments and therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-field activity to achieve results and targets. Maximize market, segment, and team dynamics to drive top- and bottom-line results.
• Ensure smooth, collaborative day-to-day and long-term business execution. Set tone and pace for processes.
• Present market and franchise perspectives when leading teams and champi​oning in-field meetings with product and disease state knowledge.
• Coach, mentor, educate and develop direct and indirect team members to enhance skills and performance.
• Provide direction to internal partners in the business planning process; uphold AbbVie Ways of Working.
