Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field.
• Business analysis and planning skills that drive sales performance.
• Minimum four years pharmaceutical sales management experience.
• Ability to articulate the scientific aspects of treatments and therapeutic areas.
• Strong leadership and talent development abilities.
• HCIR credentialing requirements and compliance familiarity.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-field activity to achieve targets and maximize market opportunities.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day and long-term business execution.
• Present market and franchise perspectives in in-field meetings and lead product trainings.
• Coach and develop direct and indirect team members and hold them accountable.
• Provide direction to internal partners in business planning and AbbVie leadership expectations.
