Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior sales leader to oversee a team of healthcare product representatives serving general practitioners and other healthcare professionals. You will guide the sales strategy and coordinate cross-functional efforts to align with market needs and drive growth.

You will coach field teams, ensure timely delivery of all contractual obligations with clients and IQVIA, and translate product knowledge into effective selling messages while aligning with company objectives.

Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales management experience preferred.
• Pediatric/Derm experience strongly recommended.
• Strong ability to communicate and work cross-functionally within a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a district towards meeting and exceeding objectives.
• Strong leadership, planning and organization, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales representatives in promoting and selling healthcare products to general practitioners and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop and deliver the sales strategy.
• Serve as a key information holder regarding the marketplace and react appropriately to market needs.
• Deliver all contractual obligations agreed to by the client and IQVIA.
• Coach and counsel sales representatives in the field to reinforce product knowledge, core selling message and role model best practices.
