Job summary

You will apply deep knowledge of specialized pharmaceutical products, disease states, and treatment guidelines, while coaching representatives, analyzing markets, managing budgets, and navigating market access challenges across hospital departments and specialty clinics.

Collaborate with KOLs and healthcare teams to identify opportunities and shape brand strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of demonstrated sales or related experience in pharma/healthcare.
• Proven leadership and people-management ability.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Deep understanding of specialty care markets and market access challenges.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong understanding of specialized pharmaceutical products, disease states, and treatment guidelines within the specialty care setting.
• Apply knowledge of sales metrics, market analysis, and budget management within the specialty care environment.
• Understand and identify healthcare professional (HCP) needs.
• Share insights to guide brand strategy.
• Coach and develop sales representatives, including through field-based customer engagement.
• Cultivate a collaborative, performance-driven team environment.
• Set clear expectations and provide support for sales representatives.
• Identify growth opportunities using market insights and customer feedback.
• Drive innovative sales strategies.
• Enable access across accounts through multiple selling channels and relevant technology.
