Adare Pharma Solutions in Philadelphia is seeking a Buyer, Strategic Sourcing Specialist to drive direct materials sourcing for packaging operations and OSD therapeutics. You will manage supplier relationships, Procure-to-Pay processes, and ensure delivery schedules align with cGMP policies.

Collaborating with product development, finance, and QA teams, you will establish costs, develop sourcing strategies, and maintain reporting on sourcing activities.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in relevant field or extensive procurement experience.
• Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing or GMP industry.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Experience with direct materials sourcing for packaging/OSD.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct materials sourcing for packaging operations.
• Manage Procure-to-Pay processes and supplier QA issues.
• Develop cost models and supplier relationships for new products.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and internal SOPs.
