Job summary

Adare Pharma Solutions in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Buyer, Strategic Sourcing Specialist to drive direct materials sourcing for packaging operations and manage supplier relationships within a cGMP framework.

You will lead Procure-to-Pay activities, develop cost analytics, and collaborate with product development, finance, and quality to meet development and commercial needs. The role requires strong sourcing expertise and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Life Sciences, or equivalent experience with direct procurement knowledge.
• 5+ years in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing or GMP-regulated industry.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and AX ERP.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end direct materials sourcing for packaging operations.
• Manage Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Coordinate supplier QA issues and certificates of analysis.
• Develop reports on sourcing activities.
• Support scale-up, tech transfer, and commercial projects.
• Ensure compliance with cGMPs and SOPs.
• Complete required training.
