Job summary

Digital People, part of Staffmark Group, is seeking a Digital Account & Project Manager to coordinate planning and execution of digital projects (email, banner ads, interactive assets, websites) in a hybrid environment in Mettawa, IL near Buffalo Grove.

You will work with marketing, creative, development, editorial, and regulatory teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while adhering to pharmaceutical guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, marketing, communications, or digital project management.
• Website experience and experience managing digital projects are required.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, approvals, and multiple projects.
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical website requirements and regulated content, including MLR review processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing leads and cross-functional teams, communicating project updates, changes, risks, and priorities.
• Manage digital projects from kickoff through completion, including websites, emails, banner ads, applications, and other digital assets.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, estimates, resource allocations, and documentation.
• Coordinate account, creative, development, editorial, and regulatory teams to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.
• Manage website production workflows, including content development, MLR reviews, approvals, quality assurance, and launch.
• Track project progress, manage competing priorities, and proactively identify and escalated risks.
• Ensure digital content follows pharmaceutical guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Assist with billing, time tracking, forecasting, and project estimates.
