Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in pharma or healthcare advertising.
• Experience navigating MLR/MRP and using Veeva PromoMats.
• Proven ability to manage complex print and digital workflows under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Science, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-functional reviews with Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial stakeholders for compliant promotional assets.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external agencies to meet milestones and communicate openly.
• Optimize workflow efficiency across the Material Review Process (MRP) and predict delays.
• Provide consultative guidance to internal and agency teams on promotional submission standards.
