The Digital Project Manager position at Ad Agency in Mettawa, IL is a 12-month hybrid, full-time contract that oversees digital projects such as websites, emails, banners, and applications. You will partner with the Digital team to ensure timely delivery and adherence to branding and compliance guidelines.

The role requires 3–5+ years of project management experience, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced creative environment.

Qualificações

• Experience managing a variety of digital projects.
• Knowledge of branding guidelines and promotional material development.
• Experience with HTML development and digital/mobile metrics.
• Knowledge in AEM, website development, and UI/UX.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare or review project documentation to ensure digital submissions are correct.
• Coordinate internal resources and scheduling for assigned project load.
• Attend client meetings with the account manager and communicate key information to stakeholders.
• Facilitate timely communications to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Assist with estimates, timelines, and billing.
• Track time daily.
