Job summary

Employee Workplace in Illinois seeks a Digital Account & Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute digital marketing projects for a global pharmaceutical client, including email, banners, interactive tools, and websites.

You will work closely with marketing, creative, development, editorial, and regulatory teams to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with pharma guidelines. A 3+ year background and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, marketing, communications, or digital project management.
• Website experience and experience managing digital projects are required.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, approvals, and multiple projects.
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical website requirements and regulated content, including MLR review processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing leads and cross-functional teams, communicating project updates, changes, risks, and priorities.
• Manage digital projects from kickoff through completion, including websites, emails, banner ads, applications, and other digital assets.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, estimates, resource allocations, and documentation.
• Coordinate account, creative, development, editorial, and regulatory teams to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.
• Manage website production workflows, including content development, MLR reviews, approvals, quality assurance, and launch.
• Track project progress, manage competing priorities, and proactively identify and escalation risks.
• Ensure digital content follows pharmaceutical guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Assist with billing, time tracking, forecasting, and project estimates.
