Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a senior strategist to own market strategy and client engagement for pharma data and analytics services across Commercial, R&D, and Medical Affairs. The role combines pharma domain expertise, consulting leadership, and business development to drive revenue growth and shape offerings.

You will partner with delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes, influence AI/ML investments, and develop roadmap visions for enterprise data initiatives.

Qualifications

10+ years in healthcare/pharma data and analytics with 5+ years in consulting or client-facing roles.
Proven track record driving GTM strategies and leading large-scale data programs for global pharma clients.
Expertise in AI/ML, NLP, predictive modeling and pharma data ecosystems.
Strong business development skills with revenue growth and client acquisition experience.
Exceptional executive presence to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define and execute GTM strategy for pharma data and analytics services.
Lead proposal development, solution shaping, and pricing for engagements.
Advise clients on data strategy, transformation and analytics roadmaps.
Collaborate with delivery leaders to align commitments with execution.
