This remote, 1-year contract offers the platform to champion bold ideas while ensuring clinical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and compelling omnichannel campaigns across digital and print.

You will mentor top writing talent, architect data-driven proposals, and collaborate with creative, account, and client stakeholders to deliver high-impact pharma marketing solutions

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of healthcare advertising agency experience in medical/technical/creative copywriting.
• Mastery of full-spectrum digital and print execution and medical-legal-regulatory (MLR) review processes.
• Proven track record in strategic brand leadership, client consultation, and pharma-side team management.
• Bachelor's degree and strong presentation skills with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-channel creative development across digital and print touchpoints to drive cohesive brand positioning and client engagement.
• Direct end-to-end copy creation and campaign execution with rigorous clinical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Architect data-driven strategic proposals and partner cross-functionally with creative, account, and client stakeholders.
• Mentor direct reports and optimize agency resources to ensure flawless project execution and profitability.
