Job summary

Inizio Evoke is seeking a Copy Supervisor to lead strategic, compliant messaging in healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing. This fully remote role reports to the Associate Creative Director, Copy and requires mentoring junior writers while maintaining regulatory standards.

You will own brand messaging, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and defend creative work with clients and regulatory reviewers, driving campaigns that balance creativity and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experienced pharma copywriter with a track record of compliant, multi-channel messaging.
• Mentor and lead junior writers to strengthen strategic thinking and writing quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical, Strategy, and design to ensure brand goals.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of brand messaging across platforms and develop high-quality copy.
• Translate complex scientific data into compelling narratives for HCP and patient audiences.
• Mentor junior copywriters and provide training to strengthen writing and thinking.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Strategy, and Medical teams to align messaging and visuals.
• Navigate regulatory review processes to deliver clear, accurate content.
• Present and defend creative work to team, clients, and regulatory reviewers.
• Contribute to brand strategy and ideation with innovative storytelling.
• Stay updated on industry trends to improve copy effectiveness.
