Job summary

CG Life is seeking a freelance Copy Supervisor to lead scientific storytelling for HCP and patient audiences, across digital and print channels. The role emphasizes regulatory alignment, client-facing collaboration, and mentorship within a pharma-advertising setting.

You will translate complex clinical data into engaging, regulatory-compliant copy, shaping headlines, brand stories, and long-form content while maintaining consistent voice across tactics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of pharmaceutical copywriting in creative/advertising agencies; AOR experience is required.
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical launches; rare disease experience preferred.
• Strong conceptual thinker with portfolio showing persuasive, original writing.
• Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, engaging narratives.
• Strong client-facing confidence and verbal presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Concepting and copy development for assigned projects rooted in strategy with clarity and impact.
• Translate medical data into accurate, compelling, compliant copy for multichannel deliverables.
• Develop headlines, body copy, brand stories, messaging frameworks, scripts, and long-form content.
• Maintain and evolve brand voice, tone, and messaging across tactics.
• Guide annotation practices and ensure copy meets MLR expectations.
