Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Copy to lead multi-channel pharma creative teams. You will shape messaging, guide copy and UX, and ensure strategic insights drive every project across healthcare brands.

The role requires deep experience in Sickle Cell Disease or Gene Therapy, plus nine years of creative copywriting with at least three in pharma. Hybrid/remote work options are available, with global collaboration across client work.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sickle Cell Disease or Gene Therapy.
• Minimum 9 years of creative copywriting with at least 3 years in pharma.
• Pharmaceutical experience is required.
• Launch experience is required.
• Strong writing and design direction across interactive, motion and print projects.
