Job summary

Indegene, a technology-led healthcare solutions provider, seeks a Copy Editor to edit promotional material for global pharmaceutical clients, ensuring language accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance. You will format documents to journal guidelines and implement client feedback.

You will collaborate with internal teams, mentor others, and participate in client calls to drive high-quality, error-free documents in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English; strong editing skills.
• Proven ability to meet tight timelines and collaborate with teams.
• Familiarity with AMA Manual of Style and client-specific style guides.
• Experience in proofreading and formatting for pharmaceutical/promotional materials.

Responsibilities

• Edit promotional material content for global pharmaceutical clients, ensuring language, grammar, spelling, punctuation, consistency, and brand style compliance.
• Proofread and verify marks, ISI, and adherence to approved versions.
• Format documents per journal/congress guidelines and client guidelines.
• Maintain high-quality edits and contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation.
• Participate in client calls and coordinate with internal stakeholders for project execution.
