Job summary

Indegene, a technology-led healthcare solutions provider, is seeking a Copy Editor in Princeton, NJ. You will edit promotional materials for global pharmaceutical clients, ensuring language, grammar and brand style compliance.

You will proofread for MLR feedback, format to journal/guideline specs, and adhere to AMA style in a collaborative environment. Strong English and meticulous attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences or English.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with AMA style and client guidelines.
• Ability to work under tight timelines and in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Edit promotional material content for global pharmaceutical clients, ensuring language, grammar, punctuation, tense consistency and brand style compliance.
• Proofread to ensure no unintended text is added or removed and implement MLR reviewer comments in the final copy.
• Format documents according to journal/congress guidelines and style guides (AMA, client guidelines).
• Ensure documents adhere to specified style guides and brand standards throughout the project.
• Consistently deliver high-quality edits that exceed client expectations and timelines.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation of resources within the team.
• Lead or participate in client calls and collaborate with internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Demonstrate clear client communication, and mentor team members as needed.
