Indegene is seeking a detail-oriented editing professional to join our promotions content team. You will edit promotional material for global pharmaceutical clients, ensuring language accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and brand style compliance.

Responsibilities include proofreading, formatting to journal guidelines, applying AMA style, delivering high-quality edits on tight timelines, participating in client calls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences or English.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to work under tight timelines in a collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with AMA Manual of Style and client style guides.
• Ability to guide and mentor team members.
• Experience in client-facing roles or participating in client calls.
• Experience developing training materials or conducting training sessions.
• Involvement in continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Editing promotional material content for global pharmaceutical clients, checking language, grammar, punctuation, and brand guidelines.
• Proofreading to ensure no text was added or deleted and implementing MLR comments.
• Formatting documents based on journal/congress guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to AMA Manual of Style and client guidelines.
• Deliver high-quality edits consistently and meet client expectations.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing and documentation of resources.
• Participate in client calls and coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Lead team meetings to discuss resolutions on complex reviews and propose options.
