Job summary

RoviSys Company leads building automation projects, delivering end-to-end system design, configuration of DDC/PLC/DCS controls, and onsite startup. You will guide small engineering teams, coordinate with customers, and contribute to proposals through cost and effort estimation.

Strong HVAC knowledge and experience with Rockwell, Aveva, and Distech platforms are highly valued. This role emphasizes leadership, design, testing, and customer collaboration to deliver robust automation solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in related field/industry.
• Controls experience with Rockwell, Aveva, Inductive Ignition, or Distech platforms.
• Knowledge of Kepware OPC, ThinManager, and VMware preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team of 2-5 engineers and guide tasks.
• Lead customer meetings and assist with proposals by estimating hardware and engineering effort.
• Create instrument lists from P&ID drawings and select devices.
• Design panels and electrical schematics for controls enclosures.
• Configure DDC/PLC/DCS control algorithms and HMIs.
• Perform onsite startup, testing, calibration, and training.
• Draft system documentation and support customer testing.
