Job summary

Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead supply chain performance enhancements through standardized processes, performance management, and digital enablement.

You will collaborate with Planning, Strategic Sourcing, External Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, and Technical Services to identify opportunities and drive sustainable improvements across Cosette's supply chain transformation agenda.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, continuous improvement, or operational excellence.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or related certification required.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience required.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain process maps, operating procedures, and governance standards.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Establish KPI dashboards and performance management frameworks.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
• Support implementation of digital tools, automation solutions, and system enhancements.
• Partner with functional leaders to identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities.
• Support product and supplier onboarding process optimization.
• Develop business cases and track benefits realization from improvement initiatives.
• Lead change management activities to support adoption of new processes and tools.
• Drive standardization across planning, sourcing, external manufacturing, and logistics processes.
• Support integration and transformation projects associated with acquisitions and portfolio growth.
