Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Bridgewater, NJ, seeks a Director of Supply Chain Planning to lead end-to-end planning for the External Portfolio, ensuring reliable product availability while optimizing inventory, working capital, and customer service across a complex external supply network.

Responsibilities include transforming the planning organization through talent development, standardization, and digital enablement to build a scalable supply chain that supports Cosette's future growth

Qualifications

10+ years of pharmaceutical supply chain experience.
5+ years of leadership in planning and SCM.
Experience managing S&OP, demand and supply planning.
Experience with outsourced pharma manufacturing networks.

Responsibilities

Lead supply, inventory, and replenishment planning across External Portfolio.
Own and improve monthly S&OP/IBP processes.
Drive inventory optimization, service levels, and working capital.
Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Quality, and External Manufacturing.
Identify and mitigate supply risks and capacity constraints.
Establish planning governance, KPIs, and performance management.
Develop planning talent through coaching and succession planning.
Standardize planning policies and methodologies across the portfolio.
Lead adoption of advanced planning tools, automation, analytics, and digital capabilities.
Support product launches, tech transfers, portfolio changes, and network optimization.
Foster accountability and continuous improvement.
