Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead supply chain performance enhancements through standardized processes, performance management, and digital enablement.

You will collaborate with Planning, Strategic Sourcing, External Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, and Technical Services to identify opportunities and drive sustainable improvements across Cosette's supply chain transformation agenda.

Qualifikationen

• Lean, Six Sigma, or related certification required.

• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

• Drive standardization across planning, sourcing, external manufacturing, and logistics processes.
• Support integration and transformation projects associated with acquisitions and portfolio growth.

Position Summary

As the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will lead initiatives that improve supply chain performance through process standardization, performance management, digital enablement, and operational excellence. You will partner across Planning, Strategic Sourcing, External Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, and Technical Services to identify opportunities, implement sustainable improvements, and support Cosette's broader supply chain transformation agenda.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, continuous improvement, or operational excellence.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or related continuous improvement certification required.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience required.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with process mapping, KPI development, and performance management.
• Strong communication and change management skills.
• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

Physical Requirements

This role will follow a hybrid work schedule, requiring three (3) onsite days per week at our Bridgewater, NJ office.
