Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a US-based pharmaceutical company seeking a Director of Supply Chain COE to architect transformation across process excellence, governance, serialization, and analytics.

You will standardize processes, improve data quality, strengthen compliance with DSCSA, and drive digital enablement and AI-enabled capabilities while leading cross-functional teams and establishing KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
10+ years of pharmaceutical supply chain experience.
Expertise in serialization, master data management, and supply chain processes.
Strong SAP experience.
Experience delivering digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide transformation programs.
Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to lead through influence and drive organizational change.
Willingness to travel approximately 10-15%.

Responsibilities

Lead master data governance and serialization programs across the Brand Portfolio.
Develop and maintain supply chain standards, policies, and procedures.
Establish governance frameworks for process ownership and continuous improvement.
Drive process harmonization across planning, sourcing, external manufacturing, and logistics.
Ensure DSCSA and global serialization compliance.
Lead digital transformation initiatives including automation, reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.
Improve data quality, governance, and stewardship across ERP systems.
Partner with IT and business stakeholders to optimize supply chain technologies.
Build organizational capabilities through training, coaching, and process excellence.
Develop KPI frameworks and business dashboards.
Lead supply chain transformation projects to support growth.
