Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive supply chain performance through standardized processes, performance management, and digital enablement.

You will partner across Planning, Sourcing, External Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, and Technical Services to identify opportunities and implement sustainable improvements. You will lead cross-functional workshops, establish KPI dashboards, and champion change management to enable adoption of new tools and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related discipline.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with process mapping, KPI development, and performance management.

Mansioni

• Lead supply chain process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain process maps, operating procedures, and governance standards.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
