Job summary

LogicSource is seeking a Content Quality Specialist on a 12-month contract to coordinate content accuracy across US business units including Respiratory, Immunology, Oncology, Vaccines, Infectious Disease, and ViiV. You will edit and align promotional materials with AMA, FDA, and branding guidelines, engaging stakeholders in marketing, operations, and legal.

You will lead meetings, track metrics, and drive real-time content updates using Veeva, Adobe, InCopy, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in content development, editing, and proofreading review.
• Pharmaceutical or life-science experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office software, PDF review tools, and file management.
• Demonstrated business acumen, ability to influence leaders, and leadership without authority.
• Experience running multi-stakeholder meetings and working with content management.
• Ability for process improvement and problem solving.
• Interpersonal communications skills designed to influence and resolve conflict.

Responsibilities

• Edit advertising, promotional, and educational projects to ensure accuracy of spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, and context; compliance with guidelines; and correct branding usage.
• Serve as the key contact for changes to regulated promotional content and mediate with team members.
• Open meetings, review agendas, and maintain team focus on review resolution.
• Increase speed to market by leveraging brand knowledge and system capabilities for real-time content updates.
• Actualize content in near real time with Veeva, Adobe, InCopy, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Record promotional review performance metrics.
• Contribute to process-improvement teams to deliver assets efficiently.
