Job summary

LogicSource is seeking a focused Content Quality Specialist (CQS) for a 12-month contract on a client team. The role will coordinate with marketing, operations, legal, regulatory, medical, and ad agencies to ensure accuracy and timely post‑approval content updates across US business units.

You will edit promotional materials to meet FDA and AMA guidelines, manage meetings, and drive real-time improvements using Veeva, Adobe, InCopy, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, journalism, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in content development, editing, and proofreading.
• Pharmaceutical or life-science experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence leaders.

Responsibilities

• Edit advertising, promotional, and educational projects for accuracy and clarity.
• Mediate with stakeholders to resolve content barriers and accelerate approvals.
• Lead meetings, review agendas, and maintain team focus on content updates.
• Utilize Veeva, Adobe software, InCopy, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for asset updates.
• Record promotional review meeting performance metrics.
• Drive process improvements to save time and resources.
